Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy


Can I return the order I placed?

Items once ordered on www.amuseeats.com. are not returnable. However If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page , it will be eligible for a free replacement. Refer to the guidelines for replacement below.

When can I get my order be replaced?

If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page , it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the item is available with the same seller. In the event of non-availability of the ordered item, amount will be refunded back to the customer.

What are the refund guidelines?

Following are the return guidelines:
  • Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  • If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
  • Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with www.amuseeats.com Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method viz., credit card, debit card, net banking.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). This process may generally take time up to 7 business working days.

Once the order is placed and if we are unable to deliver the order to any particular Pincode, we will cancel the order and well will cancel the order, and money will be refunded within 3-4 business days.
